I've never seen a real answer on 8/21 other than it works. It's what I use for short term trends and seems to work pretty well. Under a 21 is a sell for me if an uptrend loses that ma.

My intraday data today points to a low near close. We also breached a level on some larger timeframe indicators where I'm now looking for a deeper correction in the coming few weeks. Im skeptical, but will be short biased now.

I bailed out at the 142. No ragrets. Not one letter. Up $1800 on day as I have inverse ETFs to thank. I would be up over $3,600 if I held TVIX....

Good luck to you sir. Gotta get over $230 to get higher highs I would imagine (from the last spike it had). I wasn't patient enough, but I've obliterated my personal best day in investments.

I just grabbed a spy 312 for Monday. Looks like the dump on 5/12 didn't really recover for 2 days after (including a weekend) and it gained 12 points.
