Essentially, we are starting to see downgrades and defaults similar to 2008. Difference, the pool of money available is nearly 100% larger ($1.4 trillion) than what set off everything back in 2008.

So Zest has patents on a process to track fresh foods to market with electronic tracking and real time access to the entire distribution chain.

It includes metrics for oldest product, product condition etc, getting product to shelves that may go bad while holding product or rerouting if it has a longer life.

Zest did some partnering with WalMart to try to implement the program there. Contract ends with no additional work for Zest/Ecoark.

Walmart patents a very similar process shortly thereafter. "Eden"

Zest goes whoa that's mine, Walmart says you didn't give us your app in iOS, and we didn't get your source code you said you sent us, so we made our own. We deny everything.

That's the best I could come up with from public info.

Decent enough summary based on my knowledge. I was passively watching this with a minimal amount invested until I read the below, which was released publicly a couple weeks ago. This is part of the court filings:

"That evidence was massaged and packaged for Mr. Foran to convince him to sign off on the elimination of Zest. After the fact, Mr. Foran admitted that the materials he was presented were not supported by the facts. Greg Foran was the US CEO and President and he stepped down in late 2019.

I have to assume the above was captured during the deposition and likely led to Foran leaving Walmart. Since this was unsealed a couple weeks ago, the rumor mills started going crazy as many would believe this act to be criminal in nature.

279.15 had a sizable order on it. Looks like that put in a temporary support. Jobless claims in 2 mins... So I imagine we'll shoot up 100 after a few more million jobless

I'm in long on a couple positions. Don't have time to watch closely enough to get in and out. Checked yesterday afternoon and got my butt kicked. Today not looking promising.
