Someone tell me about Zillow and how they make money. In this market that's coming I'm of the thought that has to be a fade play right now. ANy reason why they'd have a leg up in real estate at a time like this??

I found out the other day Zillow actually will buy your house.... they give you market price, then subtract estimated repairs, and then will purchase it at that price. They also charge you 8.5% fees for doing so as well.....

What's the suggested play on this?
Real Estate Agents pay them a monthly fee to be a "premier agent" for a certain zip code or city. When home shopper Bob finds a house for sale he likes on Zillow, he clicks "contact agent", and a list of premier agents in that area pops up. Bob selects an agent. Zillow sends the agent the lead's contact information. If Bob doesn't currently have a realtor representing him, the agent picks up a new client.
Not even close this time. Hopefully we will get another.

Thoughts on IVR? I bought a couple lots today with intention to sell Jun and Oct calls at strikes if $4 and $6, respectively. If they pay even one dividend at current yield it's a win if not called, still healthy return even with calls. If they go bankrupt I lose less than $300.

Come on markets. Pretty strong indicator if we can test $289 again. These are moments when if it breaks you just take the leap across your major players. DIS is creeping up to $105 resistance. A momentum break and run to $112-115 would ensue. Stocks like that are where you focus.

Man I like this, sell 5/15s then 6/19s. They're sure to cut that dividend but still...
edit: even better, sell naked 5/15 puts and get called out first

What's your target on those 5/15 $30 calls? Not a specific price but how much of this are you taking profit on vs waiting for the earnings to see if it jumps up again?
