My only move today is BBBY reports ATC and should beat. Selling in the morning regardless of results.
Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBY) got an upgrade from Wedbush on Monday, but options traders were buying the October $12 puts. Jon Najarian thinks somebody might be trying to lock in the gains or he or she might be betting that the stock is going to reverse on earnings, which are scheduled for Oct. 2. Jon jumped in the trade.
Here is my thing on BBBY; tariffs. Just about everything in that place is made in China. Towels, sheets, curtains, gadgets, etc.. I think their forward analysis is going to tank them.

Charles will still have a commission on options contracts, so RH has that going for them.
ROKU has bounced off the flash below $100 quite well so far
When do we start to worry about time value on PDD and NET? 17 days left is plenty of time for a bounce back, but wondering what the normal strategy is? Start cutting a few at a week out to capture some capital before it gets close to expiry if they aren't gaining?

I was too initially but then I read that commissions accounted for 36% of TD Ameritrade's total revenue....so maybe not an overreaction at all. Not sure how they are not prepared for this with platforms like Robinhood already in the space. This is pretty odd... $8MM on ATH 2/21 $30 calls. These are ITM calls in the last 45mins
Only about $110k worth on the day. Range from $1.2-1.25

Closed out the spread for 260% profit. Had I bought and sold only the 43P at the same time as i did the spread, the profit would still have been 260%.aggiedaniel06 said:

The fed was overzealous with their rate hikes and shouldn't have implemented the hikes as quickly as they did.

Yes, our rates are historically low, but that is completely irrelevant to the marketplace. The only gauge that matters is how high our rates are compared to other developed markets who provide access to capital. And at this time, our rates are high enough to put a damper on economic activity.
