Fat fingered the order is my guess.
Doesn't really matter what happened. There's not a market there. And due to how underwater they are, the bid ask spread is likely huge. But if there's a significant drop by then, you better be ready to engage the sell order when volatility hits its peak.CC09LawAg said:
Probably nothing, and a totally random question.
I hold some 10/18 155 POWL puts that have been dead for awhile on bids. Then today I see they're up 950% and someone bought one for .74 or something like that. Just one single put, not even at the midpoint of the 0 and the ask if I remember right.
Can anybody think of any reason why something like that happens? I assume it's just noise but was just curious.
Awful. My mom had to take care of my dad in 2022 and 2023 while cancer withered away his body. It's an endless, gut wrenching, incredibly difficult job for a woman. I will be praying for both of them and will spread the word.MasonRamsay said:
Hi all,
I hope everyone's doing well and has been able to capitalize on this market. Not a frequent poster in the slightest here, but I knew I would regret it if I didn't give it a shot.
Attached is a go fund me for a very good man, Jerry. If anyone is in a giving mood and would like to help, it would go further than you could imagine. Fingers crossed $WWR hits OAs $12 target, and we are all wealthy enough to take care of our loved ones. Thanks y'all!

CCL breaking out
I believe he is still holding net free shares and he bought more at $.40 and flips them for a profit on spikes. I don't know if he is expecting anything out of this. Construction and funding just gets delayed continuouslyTxAG#2011 said:
Is OA still targeting $12 for WWR? Or was that from years ago ?
They initiated a term sheet for a debt agreement that is currently in DD with target Dec-Jan for closing. That agreement closing would fill out their funding needs. They already have 100% of production capacity in signed takeoff agreements for the next 3 years. Once they finish facility construction and start delivering product to clients, they will pivot to construction of the mine which is the least capital intensive. That's why the initial focus was on the facility as it was the most capital intensive and would take the most time. They can import raw product for their initial production while the mine is under construction. And it's not a new mine. The mine was abandoned years ago. Once the mine is completed and they are providing their own raw product, that's when production capacity grows immensely.YNWA_AG said:I believe he is still holding net free shares and he bought more at $.40 and flips them for a profit on spikes. I believe their projected enterprise value by 2030 is $10 per share.Cru said:
What do you think the potential target price is in 5 years? 10 years?
Took 10% profit at $48.68.Brian Earl Spilner said:
Bought the dip on SMCI yesterday.
I'd continue to hold it because if the DOJ forces them to breakup then you'll own shares of each of the new companies. It's no secret on WS that breaking up GOOG will unleash more value for shareholders. You'll probably make even more profit if they're broken up.harge57 said:
Anybody have thoughts on GOOG? I have a modest position that I bought 4-5 years ago.
I think it is extremely undervalued now because of the DOJ news, but I think long term they will still come out way ahead.
I will most likely be buying if it gets under $160.

$BA is a complete dumpster fire and it seems like every other week a new problem arises. Is anyone even looking at buying or is the Boeing downfall just beginning?
Yep - that's basically the reason I bought Sep '25 $190 calls a month or so ago. I have an order in to double down, if it hits my limit.AgCPA95 said:Chef Elko said:

It is a worldwide duopoly with 10 years of backlog on the aircraft side so likely a price that makes sense as I think they are too big/important to fail. I believe when I last researched them over 50% of their business is: military, space (which also had recent issue) but also just parts and service to keep the current sold fleet in the air.
