Another one to watch. CMRE. Closer to resistance than support, money flow peaking, RSI pretty hot. Ideally it would come back to $14.50 range for a potential entry. Parameters are clear. Hold the red and its a solid R/R entry. Break the green and you should see $20 and set that as your sell. Below red and its a HARD avoid.

Took a look at my overall returns on my two oldest investment accounts yesterday. (Schwab brokerage and Roth)

As of this month, my brokerage account is almost back to where I was in October 2021 (+43%), which is still my personal high. (Currently at +40%, albeit with a considerably larger cost basis.) Considering some of the huge hits I've taken in the last few years, I'll take that.

On the other hand my Roth is still in the red overall. I went from a high of +51% (Oct 2021), to a low of -56% (Oct 2023), to my current of -18%. Obviously my biggest risks were taken in this account, and I had three terrible investments compound on each other pretty much back-to-back. Any time I almost brought the account back, I blew it up again.

But, lessons learned, and there's no rush on getting that back anymore. Being a lot more conservative now with taking profits and also putting more and more aside into safer investments as I slowly build the account back up.

Honest answer is I have no clue. Wouldn't expect much movement until the probe is concluded and 10-K filed. Next earnings is 10/29

Isn't there some serious fraud going on at SMCI? I don't believe the 10-K is their only issue.

I agree - anything 185-200 range I think would be healthy and could mean big numbers for Q4 post earnings.

We're waiting breakout with an outside chance of drop back to $25-$26 range. I would stay at the money and give yourself 3 or more months. If we do get a drop, use it as an opportunity to significantly reduce your basis.

I forgot a had a golf scramble today and wasn't able to get my calls.Will be paying close attention tomorrow morning. Going to do some research tonight, as this play was based on following the Oct 2007 fractal, except we've been making new highs for a while whereas that one didnt until after this move.
