Footage of the incident shows Hicks ploughing down stop signs and swerving past incoming traffic while he is pursued by several cops to the intersection of Route 421.

I don't give a crap about covid anymore. I was just wondering if the market is finally heading down like everyone expects after it failing 400 again or if this is just a puke/rally after this type of news. Looks like we are heading down but there are plenty of support areas it has to go through first.
