I think by 11:50 MSFT will give the market direction. Above or below 259.25.

Not looking good for upward momentum. MSFT has been closing in/near the channel but breaking down at the start of each 3 mins.

Everyone waiting for the FOMC Meeting Minutes to see how committed the Fed is to 50bps rate hikes at the next 2 meetings

Someone bought an extra 300k shares of MSFT at 11:48-11:51. volume was triple the other 3 minute periods. I'm hoping that was someone getting ahead of good news.

Don't forget that this is a holiday week although the market is open Friday. Friday will probably be a low volume day. Just be careful about how much risk you put on for weeklies.

My only thought is it's not a binary decision. You could sell a portion of your shares

You could see CC into the pump and use that to buy puts or all or a portion.

You could sell CC for a portion and hold some or all of the rest without hedging so at least you've profited somehow from this if it should turn back down.

You could sell some shares and buy protective puts for the rest of your shares.

jbeck3487 - If you got any sway, just make sure XOM closes above $95.50 on Friday. I got a bunch of Calls I want exercised. Exiting 1/3 of my position if that happens. I'll consider reloading if I think I can make a quick buck in a trading strategy. I just need to take some profits at the moment.

BTI,..slow mover upward. Fair Value stated as $66 and some change. I'm looking for just under $51 and I am unload 1/3 and taking profits.

T is chugging along.

CVX needs to move up past $180.

agdaddy04 - if you're still holding OMF, I am waiting for those $55 Nov Calls to hit a $1.00. I'll sell at $1, or better.

JMO, I know very little but I think NVDA will run if the Macro markets take off after Fed talks.

I agree. I mentioned a few days back how these NVDA recovery rallies are awesome. I just haven't had the ballz to buy it yet.

It's been a buy and hold for me. Measly 23 shares with a $99 cost basis. If we see $346 again I might be out... maybe.
