this is the crap that they do. I won't be surprised if this suddenly reverses and flies up. This push down is on zero volume.

If you're still into ag commodities tomorrow is the USDA Planting Intentions Report. Usually an ag commodities price rally killer. This year may be different due to Russia/Ukraine, but I'll go with the trend is your friend.

I do not plan on entering into $WEAT or $CORN today or tomorrow or this week. I plan to see how this all shakes out. There's lots of time. No need to be an early bird unless you know something and want to take a position ahead of time.

FWIW, the Ag Ministry in Ukraine is reporting planting progress of Spring Wheat in 11 of 24 planting regions. The Spring Wheat crop is small in comparison to the Winter Wheat they plant - that crop is in the ground and should be harvested in late May through June, maybe into July. Ukraine is massive in Winter Wheat production. Most are focused on Ukraine and Winter Wheat...got war, it's bullish...no more war, should be bearish (somewhat). Not time to plant corn in Ukraine.

Not time to plant corn or soybeans in Midwest U.S. Ground is still frozen here. Corn crop in Central Texas is beginning to row. Looking good.

If I wanted to accumulate large quantities of a low volume stock, I would buy hard for a 30 minute period in the morning and then sell half those shares back over the remainder of the day. That way I could move the share price back down and do it again.

I'm not saying that's what this is - it could be pumpers or failed squeeze attempts with no volume to follow through.
