My lotto pick for tomorrow is GOOGL....took a flyer on 2750C closing tomorrow....a power earnings gap followed by bowled look, should retest 7/28 high ~2755. Similar set up from TSLA yesterday

Can someone explain the benefit of buying McAfee stock just for the 15% dividend special?

As far as I can tell it's just a great way to pay taxes on money that's already yours.

These get priced in and it's hard to find an arbitrage situation where it works out. You could buy shares, sell a distant OTM covered call and buy a shorter dated put to create a low cost collar.

Any updated thoughts on LADR? This has done me quite good since the pandemic lows. I know this is supposed to be somewhat insulate from general commercial real estate but... as most everyone is, very nervous about the space and thinking of getting out soon.
