What is the background on this ZEST? Seen it mentioned in here with WMT lawsuit for what seems like a couple years now.
to add to what you're saying, this is in an Arkansas court room. The Waltons could own half the state if they wanted to.TChaney said:My opinion comes from a place with very little faith in our legal systemCrazyRichAggie said:If the jury has been selected why would it be a while?TChaney said:
FYI
ZEST
FOMO looks like it's gone and the stock is dropping.
From online rumors (be careful a lot of trolling and misinformation being spread)
From what I can tell
Jury Selection has been completed and there was no pretrial settlement
So it's going distance.
If the Lotto ticket is ever going to pay off it's going to be a while.
That said.
Wal Mart has a lot of money to fight endless legal battles and drag this out for who knows how long with appeals etc.
I'm NOT saying to sell. I'm saying be patient, I should have been more clear about that. I know most of us here if we are holding are holding Net Free.

that looked scary but that was not extreme selling pressure.
In the pink, ain't no stink,
This is a bump on a gnat's ass as far as reputation concerns to WMT. At the end of the day, WMT is still WMT. The lawyers will look to bury ZEST in legal filings and whatnot to deter others from thinking they can be the winner of the next "David vs. Goliath"NRD09 said:TChaney said:

I think this would carry huge reputational risk for walmart. Just speculation here but i don't think there's a chance they haven't already made multiple solid settlements to avoid going to trial but the ecoark guys have held out.

Hey, hope you all make a mint on it. But the Cinderella stories happen a lot more in sports than in corporate lawsuits.PPAag06 said:Irish 2.0 said:This is a bump on a gnat's ass as far as reputation concerns to WMT. Saving this quote for later
Ended up turning these into a double up (almost 2x on the calls, but rolled them up for a few more dollars made to call it a true daily double, Alex). In this market, I'll take that as a HUGE win.McInnis 03 said:A build over 213 could bring 220 though......McInnis 03 said:

After being gone since mid last week I have been catching up and looking for setups all day. Only one I liked so far was LIZI.Jet Black said:

Any my problem is the opposite but same situation. Bought on dips/turnaround and cash exhausted so just waiting it out/buy and hold. Have no reason to be here other than to add what I might have heard or keep you laughing.krosch11 said:
Haven't had the confidence to move from cash on anything yet. These choppy markets are a professional's playing ground and I am not one of them.
That call is worthless. You will not be assigned shares trading lower than the strike priceAG 2000' said:
Can we talk option theory for a minute? Still new to this part.
I have a contract for some 4/1 $25 calls on PLTR.
Would it make sense to exercise that and take the shares, or let it expire? I know I can buy it cheaper than that now, and try and make it back on the run back up if I so desire.
Chalk up as a failed trade and move on?
