I didn't want to be called out of my WWR shares at 7.5 so I rolled out to March for 12.5. I personally thought that was a good move. If I get called out of my 10s this week then so be it

periods like these keep us grounded.

Something about patience and money transfer. This is the time to learn through post-mortem analysis for pattern recognition. Maybe play with paper money.

I am interested in strategies for a correction market v a bear market from those who lived and traded during the 2008-2009 period.

AMZN looking pretty good and ready to lead if there's a next macro leg up. I'm mulling some call spreads out a month.

PS - if this market action is making you any amount of nervous >0, you're overextended. This is nothing. 2018 would have killed you guys! Believe me, it almost killed me

ETA: our fellow Aggie Tony Wood likes to be REALLY conservative on the calls. At some point, the market will price this in and not believe his extreme conservatism looking forward. Maybe this time is it???

to me, aapl is not a quick buck stock.

Buy it and hold it. It will go up. It has for 30+ years.

Twice since I bought my first large holding, it's gone down 20% from a high. But I bought in 2016.. for like $25. It always continues to go up.

This. I'm somewhat in the same boat since I jumped in late last year, but I'm still up overall, and going to hold. If anything, look at this as an opportunity to buy more.
