i think we have two major options near term:

Nothing has changed. Volume way down today. I think a lot of people bought in the last week when they started catching wind and you had a lot of profit taking from people who have been in for a long time along with traders going net free. Everything still looks good here.

It could be any day. People think the trial is "postponed" but I think it's actually canceled and the announcement of a buyout or settlement just hasn't been released yet. It still has to be signed off on in Arkansas courts and I think that's the hold up. It could have already been done but I'm sure Walmart will get to announce when they want. My guess will be on a Friday.

Not to be rude, but you said that 3-4 weeks ago too

I've tried to position myself for option 1. Sold a few stocks yesterday as they hit their highs and sitting on some cash waiting for a pull back. If it doesn't happen, oh well. If it does, I'll be ready.

I did. I was in the 202.5C and just don't see it happening. If it does, great, but I was at a 50% loss and and that's usually when my trigger finger gets happy.
