Up to you and your risk tolerance. For instance my SQ calls I've discussed are up 100% but I'm holding for the continuation. I could sell half and go net free, or sell all if I want to take the profit as is and move on to the next trade. I think the move has just started, so not trying to limit my ups side right now. Can always keep an eye on it and bail if your thesis is negated.
