Same here… love it. We are small company so easy to manage but I couldn't go back to 5 days in office.

We have Mon/Fri home and Tue-Thu in office. Everyone loves it. I have projects so I'm in the field a bunch anyway but it's been great.

HR codified it in the company handbook so when we eventually sell to a new investor it's grandfathered in.

WTI down 6% and back below $70, probably due to Iran's energy infrastructure being spared. Seems like it has been awhile since we've had a move down like this.

ETA: Looks like has been two years per CNBC.

As someone who has had to work 5 days a week downtown since June of 2020 I'm praying everyone else gets to keep their hybrid schedules for the sake of my commute.

I just left a very large end user via a negotiated exit package. I was able to extract significant value by virtue of employer requiring me to be on the floor rather than remotely.

My situation isnt repeatable. My new boss hated my ass almost as much as I hated his and he moved first. Got an employment lawyer classmate to send over a nastygram via runner, a bit of slap fighting via letter before their outside counsel got involved. I piled up every possible grievance, including lack of reimbursement for fiber internet and inability to be able to buy reserved parking and ended up getting a really good multiple off the initial exit package. I'm not allowed to initiate discussion on any topic, let alone recruit, any of my team for 24 months and am banned from any public mention of former employers management or business strategy.

I started a job at the major bank making markets for my former employer on tye Monday after my garden leave lapsed. THAT was a very good day.

So much FUD influencing volatility of oil. I hope having the election behind, whatever the result, is one less variable to amplify the chop.

Nothing confirmed or made public but "the noise" is a healthy cut in personnel with a nice sprinkling of offshoring to the aforementioned India.
