Anyone hear that Shell has eyes on BPX?
Solid No….
Possibly. It's January 24th so there is still a ways to go. But Shell isn't pursuing BPX. They got out of just about everything US onshore for a reason….

The Sunoco Q&A was pretty interesting. CEO mostly talked about NuStar's refined products and ammonia systems. Very little mention of their crude assets.
Funny moment when someone asked about how this fits with Energy Transfer's portfolio? CEO was like I want to be clear this is a Sunoco transaction.
We all get that Sunoco is a their own entity. But, no one believes ET didn't give their blessing beforehand.

Mr. LoveaTm works for NS and this is the big question. Did Sunoco buy NS just to sell their pipelines to ET?

What was the point of blowing up Nordstream if you're just going to turn around and stifle LNG exports? Do we hate Europe that much? It's almost like we don't have a unified geopolitical strategy and the country is being run by whoever says the last thing that Biden hears.

We didn't blow up Nordstream. I bet this pause dissappears Mid-November no matter what happens. Both parties love them some emotionally charged political theater during an election year (see Abbot and razorwire).
