You haven't, which again confirms that this policy is based on politics and left-leaning public control, not science and public health.
You continue to push for mask mandates for children even though science and multiple studies indicate new surgical masks are at best 10% effective at preventing the spread of covid-19. This is in spite of overwhelming evidence that kids are negligibly effected by covid, and not vessels of transmission. But that's not even what kids or adults wear - they wear poorly fitted cotton masks, over extensive facial hair, and the masks are rarely washed. Please point me to a peer-reviewed paper involving a RCT that conclusively shows those masks do anything.
From a macro-level, looking at states and counties requiring masks, there has been no indication that mask mandates or public adherence had any effect on "bending the curve". I will applaud Polis for following the science on that.
Regarding vaccine mandates, there is no indication that such mandates prevent the spread or eliminate SARS-Cov2. Here's a simple case study: the Cal Berkley football team has approximately a 99% vaccination rate. Yet within this team, just a few weeks ago, 47 members out of ~150 tested positive for covid-19, with 31 members showing symptoms. Professional sports continues to have outbreaks and spread even though they see 99% vaccination rates.
You can push mandates all you want, but freedom-loving Americans will continue to push back. Those of us opposed to government tyranny - especially those with natural immunity, will resist vaccination. We will boycott venues and businesses that comply or voluntarily enact mandates of all kinds. We will drive to neighboring counties and states that encourage freedom of choice. We will frequent freedom-loving venues like the Grizzly Rose that resist the woke mob. And we will certainly vote conservative in 2022. Get ready to see what happened in Virginia and NJ, states that Biden won by 10 to 16 points, to happen here in Colorado.
Then all you crooks that fail to follow science and liberty - political hacks that weren't voted into office but will be voted out - you will be the ones without jobs.
