In regards to LoDo, what are some reasons you think you couldn't live there?
I guess we need to talk about what LoDo means to you. I used to serve on the neighborhood's board, so it has a pretty definitive geography in my mind. To me, LoDo residences means urban lofts. And call me old man that yells at clouds, but the urban appeal has taken quite a hit the last 6+ months. Restaurants/bars aren't fully open or have closed, public transit is about to be zapped by a budget shortfall and reduced ridership, and there aren't even sporting events you can attend. This is to say nothing of the real problems of homelessness that are very much in your face downtown.
I get that travel ain't easy, but do yourself a favor a and fly up here to see for yourself before you commit to something. Seriously. Flights are a lot cheaper than a lawyer to try to break a lease.
But call me if you need a lawyer. Lol
