I'm in O&G also; my company is the largest provider of brownfield services to the O&G industry.

My division up here in NOCO provides facility construction and maintenance.

We only have 1 finance guy, so don't know that we'd have a need for someone in that field.

I wanted to get some Wayne's for the A&M game this weekend but it's at 10:20am and I don't want to miss any of the game. I wanted to come pick it up Friday night but I see on the website it seems that he's open for lunch only (till sold out).

We'll probably have an order of 4-5 lbs of meat and a few sides. Wondering what my options were... If I could pick it up around 5 Friday night that'd be great or maybe I could pick it up a little before business hours on Saturday (ideal).

Wayne's BBQ is good, but if you order 100$ worth of BBQ to-go, I feel like you should provide your customers with BBQ sauce. Just drove 20 miles to get it and got home to realize there's no sauce.

Quick Question - my wife's employer is offering discounted lift tickets to either Loveland, Winter Park or Copper Mountain. Which of these should we select and is there a balance point where it's just better to get a season pass? Our first year here, I don't think we'll do the season pass as she's going to have a baby in January so options may be limited initially.

If prices are relevant, the prices offered for Copper are $53.00, $120 for a 4 pack at Loveland, and $55/$33 (adult/kid) at Winter Park.

Those aren't much of a discount, if any. You can get a Loveland 4-pass for $129 online or $119 at a few stores around Denver on select dates.

You can get 4-packs to Copper and Winter Park for $159, and I'm pretty sure they'll do their regular Buy 1/Get 1 Free lift tickets if you fill up at a Shell station.

I've never been to Loveland, but I've heard good things & it's 45 minutes from downtown Denver. I think I'm getting a 4-pack there & then a Summit County (Epic Local) pass.

Also don't firget mellow mushroom on park meadows. More beer than parrys and hey are $3 for happy hour. (Does parrys even have a happy hour?)

I didn't know that Mellow Mushroom had more beers than Parry's. I just remember the selection was not as good.

Mushroom has 50 taps. Usually ~45 or more are CO craft brews (they usually have a DFH or two and some others)

They had russian river temptation on in sept/oct.
They didn't even announce/advertise it. We found out cause we asked if they had a sour on tap. It lasted for 4-5 weeks since they didn't advertise. I told them I like that concept and to do it like that in the future. Ended up getting it on 2-3 visits, and we had the last two pulls (one of them free since it was only 80% full)

Not sure how current, but this is a typical list for them.

They don't do the tap takeovers like Parrys.. but who knows, it could be in the works. They are much newer.

In my opinion, mushroom wins because for several reasons:
There is way more room in the bar
$3 beers until 6:30.
Buy first beer get one free if you're an AHA member. So we get 4 CO craft beers for $6. (we both are members) Can't beat that.


Oh one other thing; every receipt has the 'take a survey and get $5 off' deal. We keep doing it every time, so 4 beers and a pizza costs us about ~$17 + tip.

I LOVED Mellow Mushroom in Athens, GA. In fact, it's one of the things I miss, and it's only been five months. Philosopher's Pie, hold the steak and add chicken. I also love their meatball app, and there are a few restaurants that have the Magic Mushroom soup. Damn good.

as far as service, I've only sat at the bar. Bartenders know us by name at this point and know what kind of beers we like.. we've never had any issues. The waitstaff is a bunch of stoner looking teenagers.. so I'm sure you mileage may vary for table service.

I don't know what kind of pizza you like, but man their pizza is fantastic.
