I went to a HS girls varsity playoff game once where it was tied 28-28 at the end of regulation and the final score was 32-28 in double overtime.

You joke. About 8 years ago I was teaching at a junior high and got invited to a teacher appreciation game for the girls team.
The 7th grade B team game ended 5-2 and it was 2-1 at halftime. The A team game was a little better. Ended 17-14

I think all of us who have ever worked around junior high students have been to a variant of that game in the multiverse.

A little misleading…while McCullers wasn't a 2nd round pick, he was the 2nd pick that year…just a compensatory pick. And technically we lost a few 2nd round picks as well due to signings and cap situations IIRC.
