Minter off the board. I'm happy for Twins fans, I'm sure many were pretty depressed with the sell-off last year, but they're in the same mid league as everyone else, and thus they have a chance. Hope is good.

It really is impressive how teams like the Twins and Guardians can one year be terrible and sellers, and the next year win their division. How does a team like the Twins trade their entire roster, and immediately compete the next year? Granted, neither team has won a WS recently, but they aren't perennial bottom dwellers.

Part of the Mets return is Billy Amick, who played third base on the Tennessee team we played in the CWS Final. He's hit 23 homers in A-ball this year.

the AL Central makes quick turnarounds possible

aren't any big spenders in the division

the Tigers are ranked 10th in payroll. Next highest is the Royals at 18th

somewhat true for the AL West as well

After berating Google Gemini for constantly forgetting where it but the spreadsheet for 20 minutes, I think I have mastered the Astro Bingo current standings, listed by current score and maximum number of squares.
