What strikes me as funny is that Trammell, while not being a world beater, is the only one of our OF who produces as anything resembling a ML level. Yet he gets thrown into the rotational pot fighting for playing time with all the broken toys.

If you upgraded two spots in the OF, you could more than live with Trammell hitting 8/9.

Since I've seen this a few times, Rangers are 2-4 against Anaheim so far this year, with the Mariners 4-2 against the Angels.

I doubt that either team will go 7-0 is my point. The hope is that our 7 against the Athletics will balance out, plus we also get 3 against Anaheim.

So basically the Royals are the flyover country version of the Angels.

I agree 100 percent.

I watched & rooted for the Rays against tx today and was shocked at how bad their lineup is relative to their record. First 3 guys in the lineup are studs. Next 3 very average .650-.700 OPS. Then 7-9 are trash. Gone are the days of complaining about Josh Reddick holding your lineup back. Reddick at his very worst would be in there daily at cleanup for us and we'd love it.

Us old school guys that grew up thinking .300 was good and .230 was trash really have to recalibrate and also look at other metrics. Cedric Mullins riding the Mendoza line is batting cleanup for the best team in the AL.
