At least 25 AAV and thats why it wont happen. Length of contract is irrelevant.

$250M is the minimum would be my guess. Maybe you can get him to do a high AAV deal with an opt out like 5 years, $200M. In other words, way more than we've been willing to offer anyone else. We wouldn't come close to that for Correa coming off a 7 WAR season and 2 years younger, why do it now?
