Can we make Strom a Special Advisor to the Pitching Staff in charge of Throwing Strikes? I feel like teaching our pitchers where the strike zone is and how to throw pitches in it would go a long ways towards fixing what ails them.

This can't be just a coincidence that Strom is brought back within days of Dana being let go.

Was this something that could've happened earlier but he was opposed to it?

I didn't care much either way for Cintron. Hitting coaches don't move my needle. I was finally of the opinion that a change of voice was not a bad idea. The new voice doesn't seem much better at his job than Cintron but things had gotten stale and it was time.

Joe is a different animal. I am of the opinion that he's a full blown idiot. That pitching change he forced on HB was criminal. Then the Sousa instead of Abreu that night and Sousa again last night. He just has no idea about using his pen and he's costing Ws.

If it were my team and I were signing the checks I would have taken his office keys that night he screwed over HB.

Joe may be a nice guy but he's not got the mental acuity to be a ML manager.
