Joe pulling Yordan for a pinch runner and Dana trading for Varsho is without question reasons for those guys to be fired after the season. Mariners doing everything they can to give us a chance to win this game. But the brain trust is brain dead.

Today's 0-4 isn't going to do his pregame .486 OPS and 39 OPS+ any favors. No other player with as many PAs (50) as Varsho has for us has hit worse for us this season, and given the circumstances he can't play himself out of the lineup.
