Growing up my cousin played pony ball with Rocky's son. So our family was pretty close to him. He was a really good dude once you got to know him. However, he's just really intense when it comes to coaching…but that's what makes him such a great coach. And he loved coaching. It was so hard for him to turn it off…even watching from the stands when a bunch of 10 year olds are out tbere.

When my brother taught there, Bobby Knight was in the building one day trying to recruit Emeka Okafor to play ball at Tech. My brother said almost every teacher there was like - if Rocky and Bobby cross paths, it's going to rupture a hole in space-time with that much furious intensity in one place.

We really need some of the lower level pitchers to pop. I feel pretty confident in the position player group that we might see around that time.
