Call up AA players to finish the schedule. At least, you'll see marginal players with a desire to play. Right now, all you have is marginal players without any desire.

Going to need a better rate of traffic just to get the full order 4 PAs, much less get Yordan a 5th one.

We're not too far away from just rooting for his individual stats for MVP and Tuve's for the HOF.

Coming out of the all star break, fresh off a break, and desperately needing to win 2/3 just to get swept by an also under .500 team

I'm curious what the fan base is saying outside of Texags. One would think the majority of fans are tired of hearing the Astros are buyers and wouldn't be upset if the Astros were to sell instead?

The media has been on the "are you serious?" side when Dana keeps talking about buying.

Buying can't be on the lips of a single executive after getting swept at home immediately after the Allstar break and 2 weeks before the trade deadline can it?

You get the feeling that it's their only path to salvation. I imagine they'd be fully on board to go out guns blazing like dual hat BOB erratically dealing while trying to do anything to salvage his job(s).

Joe really didn't say it as an accusation. Someone asked what happened on the double-steal. He said that they had talked about it and Yainer wasn't supposed to throw it but thought he had a play. He then said they talked to him after the inning.

Seemed like a player screw up and not coaching. Are we surprised that Yainer does what he wants?

Yainer decided to throw the ball even when told not to? Sure sounds like Joe has no control whatsoever. Players disregarding coaching is never a good sign.
