I was just looking, too. 156 pitches on the inner 3rd of the plate, and he barrelled 1 of them. Only 12 total hits on the inner 3rd. Yet, his swing % on the inner 3rd was still high. He's gotta do more damage there.
The other thing I noticed was that he swung at middle-low pitch a lot, and struck out on those pitches a lot. K% in that part of the zone went from 27% in '23 to 44% in '24.

Always loved Uecker. I knew him from the show Mr. Belvedere as a kid well before I had any idea he had anything to do with baseball. One of the better broadcasters in the game, IMO

But, I also watch a lot of A&M baseball. So easy for me to say I'd drop cable and just have this, but in reality I'd still probably be paying for cable (or a similar streaming service)....

My wife streams as well but she needs a log in for cable so we use her moms.
I use the log in to watch live sports.
99% of cable, directv, fubo, etc is worthless. I wish you could buy stations a la carte. We'd need about 5 and we'd be good.
