What a crazy game
I don't know why but I thought the score was final when I posted that.
They scored all their runs late. I didn't even realize that they got the game in after the rain delay and thought I heard the Fox announcers say that they would make it up with a double-header on Monday, which was the only reason I checked for a score at all. Must have been talking about another game

What a game to be at! I got the two things I wanted:
1. A Ranger win (bonus: walkoff style)
2. Wash yelling at an umpire
After all the ways the Rangers found to not score in innings 10-12, what a way to end it. Props to all the pitchers tonight

He won't last as a SP. He was a SP and in '17 and '18 was fantastic. Combined 59GS, 3.90 ERA in 343.2 IP. But, I don't expect him to get to more than 125 IP or so.
He has been a warrior and appears to be one of those guys that will be fantastic in the playoffs if we get there.
He has kept us in games and saved our BP.

Yep. Maton hit Adolis too which was even more annoying because it became days of reading morons saying he did it on purpose to help the Astros.

Not really. I've already established that injuries aren't an excuse at this point but how many other teams have their top 4 pitchers unavailable? If you are talking strictly numbers then sure but as far as quality it's not even close. Imagine the mariners record without their top 4 pitchers. The Astros finally got healthy on the pitching front and have played much better. Maybe I don't know enough about the league but i doubt most clubs have the same level of guys on the IL like we do.

Rocker is a lottery ticket. He's barely pitched at the minor league level and now is coming off of TJ surgery. I haven't heard any plans for him, but I think I would try to keep it simple and make him a reliever. He can focus on a couple of pitches and try to stay healthy and regain his prior form.
Bleh. Went to the game and heard another fan say it best. It's like a high schooler used AI to build this ballpark and write the game presentation script.
