I am not a super human freak athlete like Corey Seager, but I am a fit guy and a decent golfer and had his same surgery in late December (about a month before him). Started back to playing golf at about 6 weeks, but it was probably close to 14 weeks before I really felt right in cutting loose again. Really just in the last couple of weeks have I felt like my old self, and even then it comes with some pain. So beyond shaking off rust of no spring training, I imagine he is still battling the pain and twinges that come with recovery. It's a core issue and swinging really stresses it.

Assuming that he's already 100% healthy at the present. Not too far fetched that he may still be a little tight from surgery or otherwise not fully recovered. You can be functional at 90% and go through the motions without concern, but it's that last 10% that makes you the MVP

Incredible we are at 500. If you had told me prior to the season we would have no offense combined with the pitching injuries I would have predicted a similar record as the Astros at this point.
