That's literally been the theme of our last few losses. Our total inability to get one really hot / scorching hitter out who keeps beating our pitching staff around all night like a red headed step child.
Yordan made our pitching staff his ***** for 2 games and he literally passed the mantle to this langeliers guy. I'm surprised we didn't walk langeliers with 1 out already and he's the only guy who's done any damage at all tonight. The rest of the A's team have hardly gotten any hits.
These last 3 losses have been very excruciating. Lots of choking and bed ****ting.
Losing to this minor league team pisses me off.

The Evan Carter bobblehead giveaway (15,000) on Monday lasted about 40 to 45 mins after gates opened. Get there early before gates open or right at 5pm and you should definitely get one.

The Orioles are calling up Jackson Holliday. Not sure exactly where he's going to play but really exciting, and really exciting how much young talent is in the game right now. Carter better hit the gas pedal soon, and Langford needs to find the power stroke, because Holliday is going to be the odds on favorite to win ROY.
I've felt Carter needs to leadoff since playoffs last year. His ability to get on and run the bases would be greatly enhanced having Semi and Seags behind him to move him over.
Holliday is going to play 2nd.
I do think Bochy will have to get creative with the lineup a bit until we are more healthy. There's just too many holes at the moment. Getting Lowe back will be a big boost.

The Frisco RRs have had a good start to the season (3-1), lead by Abi Ortiz, Max Acosta and Liam Hicks. Abi Ortiz in particular has had a great start, with 5 hits, 2 doubles, a homer and 4 RBIs in 15 ABs. He's also got 3 BBs to his name. Those three guys above are probably the ones to watch with Frisco, along with RP Anthony Hoopii-Tuionetoa. Outside of that it's really just a bunch of JAGs.
There's a few pitchers on their roster that have promise. Jose Corniell, Josh Stephan, Emilino Teodo, and Dane Acker.
Really hopeful Abi turns into someone, unlike that Curtis Terry guy from a few years ago

LeClerc has always struggled to throw strikes. Last year he was in the bottom 9% in terms of his BB%, and this year he's been even worse, being in the bottom 4%. I just don't know how he can be your closer with a BB% like that. On top of that, his Zone% is 40% the past two seasons, with his career being 43%. He simply doesn't throw enough strikes.
