I want them to watch us celebrate, especially Cal Raleigh!!!
While still the Reigning WS Champs until a new team is crowned in late Oct/early Nov, as of last night Arlington is no longer defending anything.Kashchei said:

If the Tigers don't scare you, you have not been paying attention. Do not want to face them in a 3-game series with the Cy Young winner getting the ball in game 1.tjack16 said:
1. Twins (they don't scare me at all)
2. Tigers (they don't scare me at all)
3. Royals (tricky because they have 2-3 guys who worry me)
4. Mariners (their pitching staff in a 3 game series is scary)
Good morning to everyone but Anaheim, #GoHalos fans & anyone who doesn’t love the 21st night of September every year. The @astros sure seem to each season. And as a bonus, this year the @Rangers clinched their Cancun Vacation Championship. That’s #StraightUpSAD #Relentless 🤘🏼🔥 pic.twitter.com/9VJj87Bewt

Regardless, we probably get the Cy Young runner-up in the division series closing games. THAT is a series we better have leads going into the late innings.
Funny, but ALCS against Yankees potentially would be the series I am least concerned with simply because over the last decade in the playoffs we have owned them, and like Yogi said 90% of the game is half-mental!
Agree about Soto...I just don't think their pitching holds up over 7 games.tjack16 said:AlwaysNextYear89 said:If the Tigers don't scare you, you have not been paying attention. Do not want to face them in a 3-game series with the Cy Young winner getting the ball in game 1.tjack16 said:

Framber vs Skubal doesn't scare me much.
But also an ALCS vs the Yankees does scare me. Eventually that'll flip (like Aggie baseball vs TCU finally going our way in 2022).
Any time Juan Soto is facing the Astros I get worried
Joe Espada says he's not breaking up the Yordan Alvarez-Kyle Tucker duo, and why would he?

I think it's because Caratini has put himself in a spot where he's too valuable to be taken out of the lineup.

I agree. Joe has been much more creative with his selections than the previous guy.
