I love when places are "The Woodlands" but actually Oak Ridge, Spring, Conroe, Magnolia, etc.
Kinda like me when someone says "Houston" but actually The Woodlands

Over his last 8 outings, Whitley has posted the following line:

Bullpen help?

Looks neat. It's right near DBat & Scrapyard so probably a smart location. I wish they had facilities like this when I was growing up. I take my daughter them all the time for lessons, camps, practice, etc.

These places are blowing up. They put one up in Humble last year. Haven't be though. What makes it different/special?

No idea. Maybe they're more serious / high level. The Dbat nearby isn't exactly a great place to get instruction. We use Five 10 Five.
The Mariners are remaining active in trade talks today, even after the Randy Arozarena deal.

They would like to add a leverage reliever and at least one more bat.
Stay tuned.@MLBNetwork
It was the opposite when I was a kid. Everything was Spring or Conroe and The Woodlands wasn't a thing outside the people who lived there.Farmer1906 said:

For what it’s worth, I have been told the Astros aren’t interested in trading for Jack Flaherty.

They definitely want a starting pitcher and I believe they will land one, probably a #3 or #4 type with team control.
Dodgers and Red Sox are nearing a deal to send James Paxton to Boston, source says. @ByRobertMurray was on it.

The Phillies have acquired OF Austin Hays from the Orioles for RHP Seranthony Domínguez and OF Cristian Pache.

Sitting around being lazy ignoring all calls and setting their out of office messages probably.
Seriously though...WTF do you think they're doing?
These kind of comments show up every year around this time. It does nothing but show your ignorance.

Dana Brown said on @WillKunkelFOX’s show that the Astros have NO interest in trading Alex Bregman.

Also, they aren’t talking about any extension talk during the season but Brown said they will make an offer after the season. https://t.co/igbr4uXwwW
You can get a 2 month trial through the links on the astros twitter posts about the game tonight, but you only get 1 trial a year.jetch17 said:

New at ESPN+: My latest on the deadline, including why Garrett Crochet is far less likely to be traded than previously thought, other big names with little traction on a deal, the best players expected to move and debating the merits of a wild trade idea. https://t.co/IDmfcwNKCc

The Rays are expected to listen on Yandy Diaz. Per sources, the Astros, Mariners and Pirates are potential landing spots.

Would rather have parades, he's coming off the IL
.879 OPS vs lefties. I love it.
— Michael Schwab (@michaelschwab13) July 26, 2024
He can be serviceable at 3B if Bregman leaves next year. Then the Astros can develop Brice Matthews at 3B. I see Dezenzo as a 1B https://t.co/ikFWp5v80a pic.twitter.com/VV8UoNKVSn
