And honestly, there are real questions about how much it would matter anyway due to the direction of the front office side.
Most of this coaching staff won a world series 2 years ago and has guided this team through an epic amount of controversy to 7 straight ALCS appearances, and some of ya'll went them fired.
The same posters who wanted to fire a future hall of fame manager.
Ya'll can criticize the front office all you want but one thing I know for certain is the average fan would be terrible at running a Profesional sports franchise.

The 2nd world series made everyone forget how awful the offense was for most of 2022. The entire hitting coach roster should have been turned over in spite of winning the world series, and what we see this year is the result of letting the issues fester and rot.Silent For Too Long said:

Yeah, the number one issue has been the starting pitching. That can be largely attributed to injury. McCullers and Garcia were know but you likely don't have Urquidy or Javier for the year and both Framber and JV have missed time. Even Blanco missed a start. The staff got everything they could from France, who candidly isn't a very good pitcher. We have established the farm isn't good so no one you bring in was going to have a real chance.
Bench coach and manager are two completely different things even if it's the same guy.
And the game evolves at such a rapid pace. I don't think it's unreasonable to wonder if what worked in 2022 isn't working in 2024 and the staff hasn't been able to adjust. A part of what makes organizations great is being able to adjust on the fly.
I'm not calling for everyone to be fired, but I don't think it's unreasonable to ask these questions.
