They have the pitching advantage tomorrow with Tyler Anderson going. Need HB to shove, considering it's Arrighetti v. Eovaldi on Saturday. If we can make it to the ASB at 1 or 2 games back we'll be in good position.
Cannot rely on Angels to do anything. I feel good about the Astros if they just keep winning at the rate they currently are. Doing it without Tucker and JV.

More so just to get someone fresh in there. I'm not so sure King is here long term. We're lucky the pen has mostly stayed healthy besides Souza & Graveman way early on.
Would also turn the Rangerettea into sellers, by many accounts. We can only hope.
He can give Scott and Martinez much needed rest. They need it bad.

Was listening to the radio broadcast tonight and when Salazar went out to talk to Pressly when they had the pinch hitter come in, Rob mentioned Alex went out there too. He said it looked like Alex had something to say to Pressly after Salazar got done talking.
Couple that with the story of him talking to Hunter about trusting his sinker and throwing it more, some good leadership displayed these past few weeks between him and Altuve.

It surprised me when i didn't hear/see Bregman mentioned re: clubhouse leaders earlier this season. Maybe his slumps were the reason, but people usually overreact to that like clockwork. He's been one of the leaders for a while now along with Jose (and Ryan), but both seem to be stepping up more lately in that regard.Beat40 said:
