I looked the account up and they haven't even paid for their season tickets yet . So that's a bold strategy

Absolutely, I don't understand why he hasn't even been signed for league minimum like he was asking. He's still one of the most talented pitchers in the league.
I really like the guy and think he absolutely deserves a second chance.

I mean, the Rangers partner with a couple of large ticket brokers to control the market. The "anti ticket broker" policy is more to cut out competition.
Every team in the league is doing it so that's not a shot at the Rangers, but I roll my eyes when teams try and act like they are enacting these policies to keep tickets affordable -- they actually enacted them because they were too cheap.
(And for the record equivalent seats were $187/seat in the presales, so Rangers ain't selling these for $35).
Normally, I'd say no, but I'm a "consider all angles" kinda guy. There have been a couple SPs that seemed to make it until after OD to sign. There was speculation it was because of the loss of Draft picks (5yrs ago or so?!)bmac_aggie18 said:
You think it's possible Snell could still be a FA after the draft?

Padres lost Snell (32GS), Lugo (26GS), Wacha (24GS), Nick Martinez (9GS), and Rich Hill (5GS) for a total of 96 GS that walked in Free Agency. 60%
