Sure but I bet the Phillies would love to have Nola 2/55 M and not be paying him until he's 39.
Keep in mind Phillies are paying 95 cents on the dollar. We're not exactly in the same ballpark with our few FA offers to big names.
Remember that Dombrowski is in their front office. His process at every job has been to give out ridiculous contracts to try and win in the short term, and fire sell the crap out of the team after a few years.
