Love that they do this. Really is powerful seeing everyone, including the athletes, all holding up a sign. Powerful reminder that cancer is not a respecter of persons and we all are impacted by it.

We got the results of my wife's PET scan this afternoon: "No PET evidence of metastatic disease." We meet with the oncologist on Friday to get more details, but it was a very good day for us. This game is icing on the cake.

Thank you all. The Rangers are special to my wife and me - we went to a lot of games while we were dating. I will sports cry for sure if they manage to win it all. And it will mean a lot more than just 'ball. Pardon me if I have over-shared.

GrapevineAg, I'll sports cry with you. Lost my brother a few years ago. I lost track of how many Ranger's game he and I went to together. I'll be thinking about him. Yep, for I suspect a great many people, it will be about more than just baseball

He is talking about Heaney getting bounced so the DBacks get a chance to see the Rangers BP for the rest of the series.

If he had any info on the Rangers, he'd know that Dunning could go 3-4 IP and likely desn't pitch again. Especially in close game.

He literally has less information than my friends who don't follow baseball and I need to explain to them very obvious things.
