From the other replies, it sounds like it will be hard to find a table before the game. It will basically be standing room only, but there are plenty of places to stand and hangout, unless maybe you head up there right now.

I was speaking to the situation if you can't find tickets, you should still be able to watch the game comfortably, and it should be a fun atmosphere to watch the game in.

Tomorrow will be just like today, prices dropping significantly as game time approaches.

Could be a quicker fall, as the rain is supposed to come earlier tomorrow.

Yeah I am willing to spend SOME money on tickets. Just not the mortgage payments it's been up to today. I'm all for spending some money I just couldn't imagine the nightmare scenario of not pulling the trigger and then not even being able to watch the game with my kid either.

I just wasn't aware of how Texas Live works to be honest because I've always been going to the game instead.

The prices are VERY similar to Seat Geek/StubHub until you go to buy and Seat Geek fees are crazy high...same tickets I bought were 2k more than what I bought..

Also, I put tickets into purchase and put in my email....I did not buy and then the next night got a promocode for 10% off (that also attributed to 2k less)

(I am not an employee, I have met the owner, I do not get anything for promoting the site)

Looked at our 4 games with Arizona again.

In our 2 game series in Arlington, Arizona was extremely hot and hit the cover off the ball, but they also didn't face Montgomery, Eovaldi, Scherzer in those series.

In our 2 game series in Arizona, we were in one of if not the worst stretches of the season. Desperate for a win. Monty pitched well, but the bullpen blew one game. The other game was just a big fart.

I guess what I'm trying to say is Arizona hasn't seen us at our best. They haven't seen Carter. They haven't seen Eovaldi and Scherzer. Hopefully that's a good sign .

This. Although he did at least come in and get a big strikeout in the Baltimore series. Didn't go as well when he came in against Houston.

Good point. Looking back at the box scores. Those games feel meaningless to the WS result.

Question for those in the know: Prices on the secondary market (Seat Geek) have actually RISEN quite a bit in the last few hours. (Could have bought two seats for $432 including fees at around 10:30 a.m. whereas the cheapest two now- for a worse seat mind you- are $554 or a limited view option at $536.)

I've been closely monitoring the steady rise in prices for a couple of hours now. Are we still confident that prices will drop considerably as we get closer to game time? (I'd like to be in there no later than 6pm considering its the WS; not interested in waiting right up to, or even after, first pitch for this one. Just FYI in case that significantly changes the equation.)

Any insight would be appreciated.

Finally got it to load on my phone but not my laptop. For the seats I was looking at the fees were cheaper but the base price was higher than Seatgreek, but in the end it came out virtually even for the exact same seats.

I'm already driving from the Panhandle and was watching the same thing. I just bought 2 in Sec. 318. Was $462 for the left field equivalent this morning at 10. Just bought them for $582. Didn't want to not get in, but waiting bit me in the ass.

Edit to say I'm not posting and driving. Riding shotgun currently.
