Honestly, I remember seeing some sort of pitch com failure (either requiring a quick double check, swap with an infielder who had one, or new one from the dugout) at least 15 times in the games I watched this year. It was a pretty common thing.

Weird. I watched close to every game this year (except for Mariners games since they're blacked out here and I can't get ROOT sports on yttv), and don't recall it. But I'm obviously hyper focused on these games rather than them just being on in the background.
So I have a bet with my father in law, a die hard Astros fan. The loser has to wear a winners tshirt out in a public place with documentation.
Just to help on any research should the good guys win, any suggestions?
I know Academy has some custom El Bombi shirts that may be nice, but didn't know if we had something else than might stand out. He's 6'5" so plenty tall.

Where did you see that? I still haven't seen anything about it yet. Also had a buddy text me at 1:00 saying they pushed his suspension to next season. I questioned him on it and he thinks it was false.
