Yep. That's a CG shutout if Trevor is at 3rd.dave94 said:

Just don't want it to be like the last St. Louis game. Can we balance resting people without punting games? Or at least put up a competitive effort in the games we try to rest folks?gigem1223 said:
Rumors are that Otto may get the call tomorrow. May be an Otto/ Bradford night to give the starters and BP extra rest going into the Stros series.
I would love that, for Otto.gigem1223 said:

That would be deGrom, Odorizzi, and Otto.Quote:
Dunning was Mr. Durability in 2022 compared to the 4 not named Perez. Dunning likely ends up in the rotation, the only riddle to solve is which one of the 5 goes on the DL/IL.
Depends on the lineup we roll out.gigem1223 said:
Wouldn't call starting Bradford or Otto punting a game.

But Otto pitching and a lineup filled with smith, grossman, garver, and huff all at the same time would stink. I'd understand it if we won the first 3 of this series, but lose tomorrow and it's a disappointing split. The game tomorrow is still important to win.
I really liked the idea of going with a tandem of Bradford and Otto.alvtimes said:Kinda goes back to punting last game against Cards….Grapesoda2525 said:Depends on the lineup we roll out.gigem1223 said:

Evan Carter last night was 3 for 4 with a walk, a stolen base, and an outfield assist. His average is now up to .303 after recovering from the wrist issues.
Given our last few years, I refuse to allow myself to believe we have anything in the bag until we clinch, even though this team has proven they have staying power.Tksymm7 said:
You absolutely want to get Gray and Eovaldi, on an extra day of rest, pitching in this series with the Astros. If you go out and win 3/4 or better, I think it could be curtains for the Astros chances to win the division.
