First off, they need 7 more… and 2 more wins after that.

Second… Rangers weren't resilient being crushed out of the division lead last game and then go on the road and dominate…

True. As a closer he's terrible. As an 8th inning guys he's been great. The numbers don't lie. How's he been this postseason? Was he not good when he pitched in the 8th game 1 against the Rays and game 1 against the O's?

I also think that wasn't the normal 'wild' we get, even though he did walk them. Felt like he was just barely missing most the pitches. I don't feel a ton of confidence when he goes in the game now though, either way.

Yeah when he's actually wild, pitches are hitting half way up the back stop.

That's part of pitching in the bullpen and why they're in the bullpen. You hardly ever get clean innings. I've admitted he was wild tonight but he got 2 big outs and was just missing corners. He wasn't that bad. O's took some tuff pitches.
