Yea last month I saw Wainwright start a game vs the Marlins with an 0-1 count.

The way the NY reviews of plays have gone against us, the last think I want is the Yankees sneaking into the playoffs and then by some "miracle" of Umpiring, they'll win the WS as this Cinderalla story about how this battered team over came blah blah blah...
This. They're having quite a meltdown on that other thread before Verlander's 1st start since the trade. Unhappy about their manager and his batting line-up. Warms my heart it does.PatriotAg02 said:
Eh I'd rather Houston lose but I hate the Yankees so it feels like a win-win.
That's terrible. There has to be more transparency and accountability.investorAg83 said:DallasAg 94 said:

They're awful across the board. Did you see the call that got overturned in the Indi…Guardians…game yesterday?

I don't get the hate for Dusty Baker. I mean to my knowledge Crane only interviewed Dusty and Jeff banister. If crane chose Banny, they would probably still only have that 0.5 / half legitimate championship from 2017.agent-maroon said:This. Same. All he has done is bring them a legitimate WS championship in 2 appearances and kept them in contention for the AL West despite some significant injuries to key personnel. You would think a town historically starved for a winning sports franchise would be erecting statues in his honor. But no, they trash him after any loss and a lot of times when they win.Quote:

Glad he finally got some red catching gearGrapesoda2525 said:
Hoping Hedges becomes Gray's new sandy Leon. Gray has looked out of sorts for awhile now.
Jonah Heim update: he played catch today for the first time since the injury.

“I told him a good way to test it is by warming up Chapman,” Bruce Bochy said. “He declined.”
