I'm pretty sure it will be on FS1 regardless of the blackout. At least, I hope so. I know know there were a few on there last year.

I am honestly not trying to be an ass, just my belief, but the only guys who interest me are Marc Church and maybe Wendzel. I think everyone else at RR is either going to get traded or might not ever really "make it."

I'd personally like to see Wendzel over Josh Smith, and Marc Church has the reliever stuff we're looking for. Friso is where the real future upside reside, though.

Looked up Wendzel's stats this year in AAA and he's got the power...14 HR's this season with a .541 SLG. However, his BA is .255 but strikes out in about 25% of his AB's which I think both those would obviously go in the wrong direction in the bigs. Interesting call up for sure

Most definitely. I would just like someone who can one, connect with the ball more often, and two, when he connects hit it hard. The reason I don't say Foscue is because I don't think he reaches the MLB for us.

Taken from the Astros board. I guess they seem to forgot that we've lost the best pitcher on the planet for the season, lost our best hitter for a month and a half, just missed a crucial start from Jon grey, had several guys we were counting on to help the bullpen go down before the season. Lost Duran and Jankowski while they were hitting the cover off the ball.

They forget to mention they have the best pitching staff in the mlb. Who cares about missing hitters when you shutdown every team almost nightly on the mound? Also they seem to not understand that a win is a win no matter how much you win by. Yeah they've barely been winning and are not dominating teams but a win is a win. Instead of winning games 2-3 they will start to win 2-5. They make it seem like once they get everyone back they will never lose again. Don't understand the logic.

RR players I'd keep an eye on are Church, Chase Lee, and Jonathon Ornelas.

I think those three guys have a future of some kind with the Rangers. Foscue and Wendzel are meh to me. Church throws really hard and is a young bullpen arm. Lee is a sidearm pitcher who has a shot to see the bigs, and Ornelas is a good defender with decent speed who could be a solid utility player, either for the Rangers or elsewhere. JMO

I forgot about Ornelas. I take my Wendzel comment back, I'd rather see Ornelas. Anyone but Josh Smith.

All I can think of now when I see Mr Gigem is George Costanza when he worked for the Yankees.

One of the funnier scenes was when he was taking batting practice with Derek Jeter and hitting bombs. He starting giving Jeter crap to which Jeter replies, "Hey, we won the World Series." George scoffs and says "Yeah…. In 6 games."

I was down there watching BP today

That double play was huge not only for the scoreboard but the the PC. Need Eovaldi to go 7+ tonight if at all possible. BP needs some rest.
