It's amazing that this team was barely above average for most of the season and it came within one game of winning the AL pennant. In some ways, this team underperformed. In others, it exceeded expectations. Just a very strange year all around where the guys look mentally tired.

Two things that are frustrating is that jose's game 5 hr doesn't mean as much now (for him and astros fans it will be remembered and was an amazing game but still couldn't advance to ws so not as critical of a moment). And to just completely be uncompetitive at home in games 1,6,7.

The whole season was nothing but ups and downs. Crazy ride.
