Did he last year? I thought I remember him struggling pretty much the whole playoffs.
Altuve batted .308 and scored 5 runs in the WS after batting .093 and scoring 3 runs the first two rounds. The power didn't really come back, but he got on base.

I know many were ready to abandon ship after going down 0-2, but the thing is, it didn't feel like the Rangers dominated us in those two games. We had a lot of loud outs, and Carter was playing our left field like he had been doing so wearing an Astros uniform for 10 years. Hopefully some of those loud outs we had in game 1 will find some holes tomorrow or get over the wall and we can do something no one has done against Montgomery so far this postseason.

It would totally justify keeping it around for the past 20 years, just in case we ever have a team that struggles at home but needs to win to get to the WS.
