We are obviously flawed, but today and yesterday felt like games we usually win. I just keep waiting for the magic and we keep going warming track or right at someone. It won't take much to flip things. Javier will give us a shot. Just need a few breaks.
Aggie football has done a great job preparing me for this disappointment.
Tucker looks like he's looking forward to some time off. Donkey switching up the lineup all the time hasn't helped.

Absolutely. We have played some of our worst ball, yet still had opportunities to win. I think we roll in Arlington.

So far texas playing out of their minds and Astros other than Yordan have kinda struggled along. And w that Texas is only 3 runs ahead.

I like our pitching in 3-5, the question is if it gets to game 6 can we afford to let Framber pitch again? He's been consistently bad lately

I'd love to know the vibe in the clubhouse right now. I'm sure no one is happy but who will be the guy to rally the troops and will this team to at least a game 3 win? I think if we get game 3 this series makes it back to Houston

I'm not talking about lucky calls or errors by the other team. More so when Tucker hits a ball 106+ and 101+ they're a few feet left or right and his 0fer is now a 2 hit day.
Look at the first inning for the Rangers. A few were hit well but most were just hit where we weren't.

Framber is a liability. Different ballgame today without another one of his errors.

The difference has been when we have RISP, we are coming out of our shoes to hit the HR instead of working up the middle/other way to drive in runs.
The thing that irritates me the most is our lack of putting together good, long ABs and getting the starters out of the game early. They will never have to use any of their more suspect bullpen options their starters average 15 pitches an inning and get through 6 every game. I understand swinging early if it's a pitch you can hit, but most of the time we are not doing damage early

Going out of town Thursday and I'm really going to have to keep my emotions in check, our go to place in the hill country seems to have a lot of Arlington fans
-Framber giving up 5 in less than 3 innings
-No runs scored with bases loaded no out in what turned out to be a 1 run loss

We are choking in all the ways this series. We aren't getting the breaks. You need breaks to win in the playoffs at this point. We got our share in the past. It's not happening so far.
Altuve is picking right back up from last year. Tucker May as well just not pick up a bat. We aren't sequencing anything. All our HRs are solo shots. It's all just not happening for us right now.
