I was having to follow on the MLB app and I came over to see if the app was drunk again tonight with the zone, but I got my answer pretty quickly. Clearly the ump is drunk and not the app.

Bregman 1 for his last 20 with RISP. That's ridiculous for the bottom of your lineup, much less the top.

Nowhere close to a clutch player the past couple of weeks.

It's truly amazing to me the level of incompetence of some of these umps in this multi billion dollar sport. They have got to do better good lord.

At some point the staff has to adjust when the umpire will not give you an area of the zone. You can be hardheaded and pound the bottom of the zone, but it will continue to be a ball on this night. Make the adjustment.

True…but what if the area the ump isn't calling is straight down the dick? I'm not generally one to complain a ton about umpires, but this has been egregious.

Astros still need to win one more to clinch a WC. If the Astros sweep and the Ranger lose one more the Astros win the division.
