edit: that we just need to get healthy to win the division. Not that those don't matter.

Two things can be true.
I didn't panic and freak out because it was a long season. I also was fully aware that those games matter.
Baseball is a long season and it's miserable if you let yourself get too high or too low.

How can the players have any sense of urgency to a critical situation when the manager doesn't any himself?
The division is still in reach. We just have to take it. Whether we can actually do it remains to be seen.
Don't forget a couple Friday nights ago in Detroit…
