It's 0 on Maldy and all on the pitchers. Brown and Urquidy are 100% responsible for all this. They aren't paying any attention at all
Sure that is on Urquidy too, but these runners have the confidence to steal in first place only because Maldy is back there
Maybe there needs to be a pitchers only meeting.
